Each Sponsor receives their own individually and lavishly-designed hospitality booth in tent, on boat, or outside event (depending on natural placement) to showcase products and services. The Caviar Affair™ Gift Bags are gifted to each powerful guest individually and sponsors have access to the Caviar Affair™ Gift Bags for placement of products, invitations, brochures, and messages.
Caviar Affair's expert design team work with sponsors representatives to best showcase products, service offerings, and marketing messages throughout the entire event. Products, service, and marketing messages are showcased on state-of-the-art television screens throughout the event.
In addition, sponsors receive prominent mention in all publicity and printed materials, including official press releases and event invitations. Corporate involvement is documented in photographs of the event for archival or press purposes. Sponsors also receive a full sponsorship fulfillment report 2 weeks after the event.
